As a Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our site management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Subcontractors and Suppliers: You will be responsible for communicating with subcontractors and suppliers via email and phone to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Meeting Coordination and Minutes: You will attend meetings and take minutes to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
  • Administrative Duties: You will be responsible for performing general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Technical Skills: You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook packages.
  • Document Management: You will be responsible for scanning and saving documents on our clients' internal system, which you will receive training on.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You will have prior experience working as an administrator in a construction environment.
  • Skills: You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Literacy: You will have proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook packages.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: You will receive a competitive salary of £14.00 to £14.30 per hour, dependent on experience.
