We are seeking a skilled professional to become a vital member of our Field Support team. This position is essential for facilitating the effective execution of installations and events associated with our marketing initiatives. These events may range from straightforward setups in retail environments to intricate displays at large-scale festivals. Key responsibilities include the prompt delivery of equipment, performing maintenance and repairs, and managing the setup and dismantling of installations on-site. Flexibility is crucial as the role involves travel to various client locations and may require working outside of standard hours.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Transport and manage event assets (such as displays and promotional units) according to the established schedule.
  • Set up and dismantle exhibition and event materials as per the provided guidelines, recognizing when to escalate issues.
  • Ensure that all exhibition setups comply with best practices and safety regulations.
  • Maintain clear communication with key stakeholders, including Campaign Managers and the Field Support team.
  • Visit client venues prior to campaigns to gather necessary information as directed by Campaign Managers.
  • Advise Campaign Managers and team members on optimal placement of promotional displays.
  • Address and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring timely solutions.
  • Utilize event resources effectively to enhance the impact of exhibition stands and brand messaging.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Act as a substitute for Field Operations Managers or Senior Field Operations Managers when necessary.

  • Proven experience or understanding of on-site events and promotional activities.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a capacity to meet tight deadlines independently or as part of a group.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Practical skills with hand tools and power equipment.
  • Effective communication skills with clients, colleagues, and site personnel.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with strong client-facing skills.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Possession of a full, clean driving license with relevant driving experience.
