Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer - Engineering Systems Specialist to join our team at Tata Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our customers in the areas of engineering systems, including PLM, VIS, CAD, and BOM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Design and deliver comprehensive training courses for our customers, focusing on engineering systems and related tools.
  • Needs Assessment and Performance Gap Identification: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify performance gaps and implement training best practices to ensure alignment with our customers' needs.
  • Collaboration with Internal Business Partners: Work closely with internal business partners to create industry-specific course content and ensure that training solutions meet the needs of our customers.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate the success of training implementation by assessing achievement of learning objectives and transfer of knowledge, and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve training solutions.
Requirements
  • Extensive Experience in Instructional Design: Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience in Delivering Training on Engineering Systems: Experience in delivering training on engineering systems, including PLM, VIS, CAD, and BOM.
  • Working Knowledge of IBM ALM Toolset: Working knowledge of IBM ALM Toolset for automotive is preferred.
  • Configuration Knowledge of Jira/XRAY: Configuration knowledge of Jira/XRAY added advantage.
  • Proven Experience as Corporate Trainer: Proven experience as a corporate trainer, with a strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to motivate and engage trainees.
  • Organizational and Time Management Abilities: Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Critical Thinking and Decision Making: Critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
