About the Role

As a Management Systems Engineer Graduate at Aston Martin, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for administering the Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental Management Systems, and achieving successful certification to various Regulatory Authorities. This rotational role spans over two years, allowing you to gain hands-on experience working alongside a collaborative cross-functional team in various areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Auditing internal policies, processes, documented procedures, and records
  • Working on Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental Management Systems
  • Collaborating with a cross-functional team to achieve certification to various Regulatory Authorities

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management or Engineering
  • Problem-solving experience
  • Experience in a Manufacturing setting
  • Proficient in computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
