Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the System Engineering and Calibration teams to maximise the coverage of testing and drive a high-quality process and output.
  • Oversight of system functional rigs in the UK and India, that support Climate Control Validation.
  • Develop clear product goals, making data-driven decisions and prioritising work for the squad.
  • Close collaboration with key stakeholders to manage the format and flow of test plans that provide work for the rigs.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience working in a Systems Engineering or Controls and Calibration environment - ideally within the Automotive Sector.
  • Technical knowledge of Systems Engineering, V-Model, Systems Integration, Systems Architecture, Requirements management, System Integration, testing and issue debugging and resolution.
  • A good working knowledge of product creation & delivery, change control, product definition and change management processes.
  • Some work experience in a practical testing environment, Either in HIL / Lab Car / Vehicle in loop / Rig / Vehicle test environments.
  • Hands-on experience in using X-ray/any alternate test case writing tools and debugging tools such as CAN Analyser / CANOE/ CANApe/ CORVUS / INCA toolsets.
