Job Summary

Xavier Precision Components Co., Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled English Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing timely solutions to their inquiries.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in international trade and sales to drive growth and revenue.
  • Order Management
  • Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure seamless order execution and timely feedback to customers.
  • Performance Metrics and Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets, as well as contribute to the company's overall performance appraisal and goal achievement.
Requirements
  • Education and Language Skills: College degree or above, with fluent English communication skills, including meeting and communicating with foreign customers, telephone communication, and video conferencing.
  • Experience and Skills: At least 3 years of experience in order mining, with some previous experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with using Excel and ERP in your workflow.
  • Personal Qualities: High execution ability, obedience, professionalism, and team spirit, with good business negotiation skills, business sense, strong public relations awareness, and divergent thinking.
