The Radar and Advanced Targeting division in Edinburgh is recognized as a premier manufacturer of radar, laser, and infrared countermeasure systems on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Controls Manager to strategize and plan related projects or extensive programs.
  • Deliver Project Controls by adhering to standardized processes and methodologies.
  • Assume responsibility for Project Schedules, ensuring the highest quality standards.
  • Implement resource scheduling techniques to effectively address conflicts.
  • Assist in bid phase activities to facilitate a seamless transition to project execution.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to support decision-making and mitigate risks.
  • Employ Schedule Risk Analysis techniques and offer insightful recommendations.
  • Utilize Project Controls metrics to generate comprehensive reports.
  • Contribute valuable inputs during Project reviews through Project Controls insights.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across various projects.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Project Planning and Control methodologies.
  • Familiarity with concepts such as Earned Value and Work Breakdown Structure.
  • Proficient in planning software tools like SAP/Primavera.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project lifecycle phases.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Business acumen for conducting scenario analyses.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Possession of APMG Project Controls Foundation and Practitioner Level Certification.
