In this role, you will have the chance to advance your career and develop both clinical and managerial skills. Notably, this position does not require working on bank holidays, weekends, or nights.

Role Responsibilities

As a Community Health Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and reviewing individual care packages.
  • Providing practical training to care staff.
  • Conducting clinical supervisions and offering guidance based on your clinical expertise.
  • Collaborating with healthcare workers at various points of care, including home, school, community, and day centers.
  • Engaging with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes, and establishments for learning disabilities.
  • Participating in our paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care. To excel in this fulfilling role, you should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate.
