About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NPD Process Manager to join our team at BBF Limited. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing the full NPD process from concept handover to product launch, ensuring smooth transition and scale-up in production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (NPD, production, quality, and technical) and the retailer to ensure all products meet high standards.
  • Oversee factory trials and first production runs to ensure product consistency and quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure all products are delivered within budget and align with customer expectations and technical specifications.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and retail partners, ensuring clear communication at all stages.
  • Continuously improve NPD processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
