The Role

We are seeking an NPD Process Technologist to join our process team, responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to improve product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead trials and experiments to test and implement new processes or equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to scale up new product launches.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and results.

Requirements

We are looking for a talented NPD Process Technologist with at least 1 year of experience within a food manufacturing business, preferably with factory and/or NPD trial experience. A food science-related qualification is preferred.
