About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NPD Process Manager to join our team at BBF Limited, a leading ambient cake and chilled dessert manufacturer. As a key member of our NPD team, you will be responsible for managing the full NPD process from concept handover to product launch, ensuring smooth transition and scale-up in production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the NPD process from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including NPD, production, quality, and technical, to ensure all products meet high standards.
  • Oversee factory trials and first production runs to ensure product consistency and quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure all products are delivered within budget and align with customer expectations and technical specifications.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and retail partners, ensuring clear communication at all stages.
  • Continuously improve NPD processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
