Role Summary:

The Operations Process Supervisor will oversee the Daily Management System (DMS) processes, employing structured problem-solving methodologies to enhance employee skills and capabilities. This role involves collaborating closely with the Line Lead and Maintenance Lead to propose options and recommend actions aimed at minimizing losses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the Centre Line Management System for designated lines
  • Guide Equipment Owners (EOs) in addressing deviations and reporting
  • Conduct weekly assessments to identify gaps within the DMS and implement corrective actions
  • Oversee the Changeover DMS for lines and evaluate changeover efficiency
  • Coach EOs to continuously enhance changeover practices
  • Share knowledge and best practices across the facility
  • Analyze machine data to identify and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Manage the online data capture system
  • Participate in Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings with the Line Lead to prioritize resources for the upcoming 24 hours and review results from the previous period
