We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Ambassador at Malmaison. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, food and beverage, and hospitality. As a Restaurant Ambassador, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for ensuring that every guest has a positive and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest has a positive experience
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
  • Manage tables and ensure that every guest is satisfied with their meal
  • Communicate effectively with the restaurant management team to ensure smooth service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
