We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Malmaison. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that dishes are served promptly and to a high standard
  • Manage tables and ensure that the dining area is clean and tidy at all times
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
