Position Overview

The Staff Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care to patients, adhering to the nursing model established within our units. As part of our team, you will be called upon to provide essential support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individualized care that prioritizes patient needs.Support and mentor fellow team members.Administer safe dialysis treatments according to established prescriptions.Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and external healthcare organizations.Maintain open and effective communication with patients and service providers.Follow company policies and assist in their implementation and review.Engage in continuous professional development to enhance care for renal patients.Commit to evidence-based practices and contribute to the evaluation of care standards.

Candidate Requirements

Current NMC registration.Degree in Nursing.Essential experience in renal nursing and dialysis.Strong communication abilities.Awareness of current nursing practices and issues.Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments.Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable and adaptable.Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
