Asset Finance Collections Manager

Join our team at CBC Resourcing Solutions as we seek an experienced Asset Finance Collections Team Leader to lead and coach our Collections team to achieve outstanding results.
About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven leader with a background in Asset Finance Collections to play a crucial role in leading and coaching the Collections team. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective collection of Asset Finance arrears and maintaining a pro-active collections strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Line manage and coach all direct reports, including performance management, development, conduct, sickness management, appraisals, employee administration, and recruitment
- Create Personal Development Plans with each member of the Collections team and execute upon those plans
- Be accountable for the results and performance of the Collections team
- Effectively monitor and manage workflow queues and activities
- Be the escalation point for Collections Officers on technical queries and take escalated calls from Brokers/Customers as required
- Pro-actively manage asset finance portfolio
- Assess each arrears account and assist the team to make appropriate recommendations to management
