- Create effective and up-to-date displays in the showroom, ensuring products are clearly coded, priced, and well-presented.
- Process customer requirements efficiently, promptly, and to meet delivery promises.
- Ensure all promises made to customers are realistic, achievable, and completed.
- Be prepared to deputise effectively in the absence of the Branch Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop comprehensive product knowledge.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and operating a till.
- A competitive salary of £26,000.
