They are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Transaction Manager to join their team in their dealership in Romford.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Transaction Manager is an integral part of the sales team; facilitating sales, finance options, insurance, and warranties to our valued customers. You will be adept at understanding and meeting the needs of each customer, ensuring the highest standards of customer experience. Through exemplary customer service and attention to detail, you will retain loyal customers while attracting new customers to the business.
You will also offer support and guidance to all members of the Sales team.
RequirementsYou Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the brand. For this role, you must have the following:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Transaction Manager in the automotive industry
- Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results
- A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation, and trade practices
- Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Full and valid UK driving license
