This role entails managing prospects within the Environmental Services industry, catering to a wide array of clients across sectors such as defense, manufacturing, petrochemical, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Opportunity Oversight:

Estimating costs and providing quotes for prospective projects based on insights from various departments.

Overseeing the sales reporting workflow via the CRM platform.

Proposals and Quotations:

Drafting quotes, proposals, and minor tenders.

Conducting site assessments alongside the engineering team to gather asset information.

Technical Knowledge:

Grasping industrial services such as cleaning, tank maintenance, and handling hazardous materials.

Possessing strong analytical capabilities is essential.

Team Collaboration:

Cooperating closely with the depot management team to enhance the quotation submission process.

Maintaining effective communication with the commercial team to align client expectations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Robust technical understanding of environmental and industrial services, including confined space operations and water jetting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software for generating reports.
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations; IOSH or NEBOSH certifications are beneficial.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients.
  • Strong business insight to facilitate new client development.
  • Analytical mindset to effectively address client requirements.
