About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Home Operations Coordinator. You will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager, staff, and residents by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the home.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing data collection to enable accurate invoicing handled by Head Office.
  • Promptly addressing any outstanding fees and reporting concerns regarding debtors to Head Office.
  • Compiling information for weekly/monthly payroll returns.
  • Providing administrative support to the General Manager and other staff members as needed.
  • Coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff members within the home.

About You

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a business administration role.
  • Confidence working with computer systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A strong commitment to building positive relationships with all staff members.

Requirements

  • A DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare).
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
