About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Home Operations Coordinator. You will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager, staff, and residents by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the home.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing data collection to enable accurate invoicing handled by Head Office.
- Promptly addressing any outstanding fees and reporting concerns regarding debtors to Head Office.
- Compiling information for weekly/monthly payroll returns.
- Providing administrative support to the General Manager and other staff members as needed.
- Coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff members within the home.
About You
To excel in this role, you will embody our values of caring, support, honesty, respect, and accountability in all your actions.
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a business administration role.
- Confidence working with computer systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
- The ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A strong commitment to building positive relationships with all staff members.
Requirements
- A DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare).
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
