Senior Care Home Manager

As a Senior Care Home Manager at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional person-centred quality care to residents in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. Your focus will be on ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality care, person-centred care, and ensuring residents receive care based on best practice.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring safe staffing levels are reviewed and maintained in accordance with both occupancy and dependency.
Providing on-going inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.
Ensuring costs are well managed and maintained within budgetary controls, by reviewing regularly and monitoring stock.
About You
To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of four years of experience in a similar care environment, have Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent, possess excellent leadership and management skills, have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and be competent in IT.
