Key Responsibilities
- Implement and Monitor Risk Management Frameworks
Develop and implement risk management frameworks to ensure consistency with regulatory expectations and Group normative documentation.
Ensure Consistency with Regulatory ExpectationsEstablish and maintain alignment with regulatory requirements, ensuring that risk management practices are in line with industry standards.
Provide Thought LeadershipOffer strategic guidance and support to enhance risk management practices, maintaining awareness of business, regulatory, and market developments.
Coordinate Risk Identification and AssessmentLead the identification and assessment of risks, ensuring that risk management practices are effective and efficient.
Prepare Documentation and PresentationsDevelop and present clear, accurate, and concise documentation and presentations to relevant governance fora.
Support Embedding of Strong Risk CultureContribute to the development of a strong risk culture, ensuring that risk management practices are embedded throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Advanced Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management
Deep knowledge of enterprise risk management principles and practices, with a strong understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Strong Quantitative Knowledge and SkillsExcellent quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze financial statements and performance data.
Subject Matter ExpertiseProven expertise in stress testing, reverse stress testing, and ESG risk management.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Team Player with Emotional IntelligenceAble to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent emotional intelligence and a strong risk culture.
Excellent Project Management SkillsProven project management skills, with the ability to deliver impactful results.
