About the Role
Stoneacre Motor Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of our customers' vehicles, ensuring they are ready for the road ahead.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of manufacturer's vehicles and features to diagnose and repair complex issues.
- Work collaboratively with our team to complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
- Accurately and skillfully complete diagnostic reports on our customers' vehicles.
- Complete relevant service documentation, including job sheets, PDIs, and service reports, in accordance with manufacturer, warranty, and dealer requirements.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on completed jobs, using diagnostic equipment and road testing.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in the automotive sector, preferably with experience in a technical role. You will have a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or suitable relevant experience that can be supported through dedicated manufacturer training programs.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and overcome any challenge that comes your way.
- Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- MOT Licence is beneficial but not essential.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
