About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team at Stoneacre Motor Group. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of our customers' vehicles, ensuring they are ready for the road ahead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of manufacturer's vehicles and features to diagnose and repair complex issues.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
  • Accurately and skillfully complete diagnostic reports on our customers' vehicles.
  • Complete relevant service documentation, including job sheets, PDIs, and service reports, in accordance with manufacturer, warranty, and dealer requirements.
  • Check the level and quality of work completed upon job completion, using diagnostic equipment and road testing.
About You
  • We welcome candidates from all backgrounds with experience working in the automotive sector in a technical role.
  • You will be qualified to Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or have suitable relevant experience that we can support through dedicated manufacturer training programs.
  • You will possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
  • You will have the ability to work well under pressure, using your technical expertise to overcome any challenge.
  • An Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
  • A valid MOT Licence would also be beneficial, but not essential.
  • You will hold a full UK driving licence.
