About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Lead to join our team at ADM. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and brand growth for our Bio-Kult and Protexin brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement shopper marketing plans that align with brand objectives and business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand shopper behavior and preferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, marketing, category, and sales teams.
  • Develop and execute in-store promotions, displays, and other point-of-sale materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize shopper marketing budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in shopper marketing.
Requirements
  • University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing, preferably in the pet care or probiotics industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful shopper marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
