Shopper Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Lead to join our team at ADM. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and category management, to ensure seamless execution of shopper marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the shopper marketing landscape.
- Develop and manage budgets for shopper marketing initiatives, ensuring effective ROI and resource allocation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform shopper marketing strategies and tactics.
- 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful shopper marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business objectives and develop marketing strategies that align with those objectives.
