Shifts Available: 10pm - 7am (3 Nights A Week) (27 Hours)
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Children's Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a Children's Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to children with complex needs
- Administer medication and perform medical procedures as required
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
Previous experience in complex care, preferably in a pediatric setting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
