Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Independent Community Care Management Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs, including those with epilepsy and peg feeding requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care to children with complex needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge in complex care.
  • Contribute to the development of our care services, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in complex care, preferably with children with epilepsy and peg feeding requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Enhanced DBS check and compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
