Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Children's Complex Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you'll provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs, including those with epilepsy and peg feeding requirements.

With full training and clinical support, you'll have the opportunity to develop and enhance your skills in various complex areas, such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Children's Complex Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized care and support to children with complex needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in complex care, preferably with children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days and nights
