The Client Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the seamless execution of daily operational tasks while ensuring compliance with security protocols for Airport Pass issuance. This position will guide a dedicated operational team to deliver outstanding service and adhere to aviation regulations.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising Identity Management Officers, collaborating with ID Pass Scheme Stakeholders, and managing the distribution of passes along with back-office compliance and assurance activities. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of aviation operations and the requirements established by relevant authorities and company policies.
This is a fixed-term/secondment opportunity.
- Overseeing the daily operations team, systems, and processes to guarantee high-quality customer service and compliance standards are upheld.
- Collaborating with colleagues to prioritize tasks within the operation for optimal resource utilization.
- Proactively identifying essential business needs and ensuring deadlines for delivery are achieved.
- Engaging in process and system improvement projects.
- Leading a team of 10-12 Identity Management Officers regarding attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters.
- Interacting with stakeholders through corporate communications and providing training sessions.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership within a customer service context.
- Proven capability to manage personnel and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Intermediate level of computer skills.
