Senior Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our most complex project to date, with a value of ~£30M. This innovative and challenging in-land marine project will involve the construction of four cofferdams, installation of ~1000m of sheet piling and drainage diversion works, ultimately protecting a Site of Special Scientific Interest.

The project will be administered under an NEC option C contract, and it is a design and build project. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering this project, working closely with our team and stakeholders to ensure its successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the project team to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  3. Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and suppliers.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  5. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise.

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager who has a strong background in civil engineering, particularly in marine/river/wet civil engineering projects. You will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, and be familiar with working under the NEC form of contract.

On offer is a competitive salary of around £80,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus a ~£8,000 car allowance, paid travel, matched contribution pension, accommodation and subsistence, profit share bonus, and 25 days holiday.
