About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Claire's. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Profit: Achieve store targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  2. Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  3. Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring efficient stock management and visual merchandising.
  4. Commerciality: Ensure the store is well-merchandised and commercially correct, driving sales and revenue growth.
  5. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are challenged and achieving results.
  6. Ear Piercing: Participate in ear piercing training and ensure the service is delivered to the highest standard.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience.
  3. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills and a sound understanding of mathematics are also essential.
  4. Physical Demands: Ability to stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally. Bending, stooping, and climbing ladders are also required.
