Job Title: Regional Director

At SUPPLY NEW ENGLAND, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our branch operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer company policies and direct department activities to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated sales goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic goals and objectives aligned with the company's vision and mission.
  • Build and lead a cohesive team while fostering individual and collective growth.
  • Monitor the branch's financial performance, including detailed profit and loss (P&L) analysis.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in branch management and leadership.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
