Job Title: Regional Director

At SUPPLY NEW ENGLAND, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our branch operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic goals and objectives aligned with the company's vision and mission.
  • Build and lead a cohesive team while fostering individual and collective growth.
  • Monitor the branch's financial performance, including detailed profit and loss (P&L) analysis.
  • Ensure the facility's safety and functionality, and maintain accurate timesheets and payroll records for all employees.
  • Write and deliver bi-annual performance reviews for team members.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with experience in sales, operations, and finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
