At Vivify, we are dedicated to simplifying the process for educational institutions to rent out their sports and leisure facilities. Our Community Engagement Coordinators are committed to delivering exceptional service to the groups utilizing these facilities.

Role Overview: The primary responsibility is to warmly welcome our clients and their groups into the educational facilities, ensuring that all areas are prepared and accessible on time for a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an outstanding experience for our clients, ensuring that all users enjoy a positive and memorable visit. Assist clients with the setup of facilities for rentals and school-related events, from arranging sports equipment to activating lighting systems.
  • Perform light cleaning tasks to guarantee that the premises are maintained in their original condition, including tidying up and organizing equipment.
  • Ensure the security and safety of the facility by managing access points and securing them at the end of each shift.
  • Conduct health and safety checks throughout the shift, reporting any hazards or maintenance issues to uphold the high standards of the facility.
  • Receive comprehensive training, both in-person and online, to fully understand the role, including site orientation, safety protocols, and customer service practices.
  • Uphold the quality of service and be flexible in assisting with additional tasks that support the facility, clients, and the Vivify team.
