Bank Staff Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Temporary Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Temporary Staffing team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all temporary staffing requirements for Medical, Dental, and AHPs via both agencies and internal bank.
Main Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive support to all Care Groups across the Trust, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of temporary staffing services.
- Act as a point of contact for Departments in procuring temporary staff, providing expert advice and guidance on staffing requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of temporary staffing with existing workforce planning processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and suppliers to secure high-quality temporary staff.
- Monitor and report on temporary staffing metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize service delivery.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of temporary staffing processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
We offer a competitive salary of £24,071 to £25,674 per annum (pro rata), plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
