About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Youth Support Worker to join our team at Lufton College. As a Bank Youth Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with autism and additional learning needs.

Our team provides a range of services, including community activities, placement assistance, and enrichment opportunities. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our young people receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support young people with community activities, such as horse riding, swimming, and cinema trips
  • Assist with placement assistance and enrichment opportunities to ensure our young people have a wealth of opportunities for the future
  • Provide personal care and support to our young people
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our young people receive the best possible care and support
