Job Title: Youth Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Lufton College. As a key member of our education and care team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with special educational needs to achieve their full potential.

About the Role

As a Youth Support Worker, you will work closely with our education and clinical teams to support students with their study programs, work experience, and activities. You will also provide personal care, medication, health needs, and relationships and friendships support to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with their study programs, work experience, and activities
  • Provide personal care, medication, health needs, and relationships and friendships support
  • Work closely with education and clinical teams to ensure seamless support
  • Develop and implement creative and engaging activities to promote student learning and development
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment
