Housing Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housing Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Leeds Commercial. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Housing team, ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage all administrative tasks related to property management, including setting up and managing utility, council tax, and other accounts online.
- Oversee the Repairs Tracker to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and provide excellent customer service to our service users.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage budget and expenses trackers to support financial accountability and make informed decisions.
- Issue and collate invoices and payment requests accurately and on time, ensuring timely payment from service users.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Compliance and other members of the Senior Management Team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Undertake additional duties as required by the Office Manager and Service Manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
- Coordinate with contractors for property-related work, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to our service users.
- Update and maintain the database with property and Service User records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of property management principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
