Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the garage, ensuring high-quality customer service and meeting or exceeding targets for MOTs, labour, and parts.
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians and MOT testers to achieve exceptional results.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve workshop efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in a garage or repair chain.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Knowledge of garage operations, including workshop management, MOT procedures, and customer service standards.
