What You'll Do
  1. As a Trainee Engineer, you'll drive a company van and attend customers' homes to carry out repairs, diagnosis, and testing of domestic appliances.
  2. You'll also be responsible for product promotion and developing a career as a Field Engineer.
What We're Looking For
  1. Fantastic customer service skills, energy, and attention to detail.
  2. A valid Full Manual UK Driving License and the right to work in the UK.
  3. Electrical, mechanical, and engineering knowledge would be highly desirable.
Who's a Good Fit?
  1. Someone with a long-term goal to be trained as a qualified Field Service Engineer.
  2. Someone with a strong interest in an engineering/electrical discipline.
  3. Someone who loves being customer-facing and prioritizes customer service.

The Academy includes a fully expensed training course at the company's Head Office in Peterborough, which consists of a Welcome, Induction, H&S, Uniform & PPE. You'll then shadow an experienced engineer in the field to gain hands-on experience. After completing Phase 1 training, you'll attend Phase 2 training for a further 2 weeks.
