**About the Role**

TSG Group is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of key fueling and forecourt equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct daily diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and repair of customer equipment.
  • Install and commission new equipment to ensure seamless operation.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
  • Produce timely and accurate service reports to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure all calls are attended promptly and within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure all company equipment is properly maintained and in good working order at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with established Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) guidelines.

**Requirements:**

  • Hold a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering HNC/HND (or equivalent) and/or relevant experience.
  • Be confident in the use of hand tools and possess technical awareness.
  • Have experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Be able to voltage test AC/DC single and three-phase supplies.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills and ability to interact confidently and professionally with end customers.
  • Display a flexible approach with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Possess good communication skills and an understanding of PC hardware, networking, and IT troubleshooting (a plus).
