About the Role

Baxter is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operator to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our cross-functional Warehouse team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing raw materials, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and book in raw materials, ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Locate and retrieve raw materials as required, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency
  • Process and load Baxter goods and raw materials for dispatch, adhering to quality and safety standards
  • Support the day-to-day running of the Warehouse, including tasks such as data entry and stock replenishment
  • Work collaboratively with the cross-functional team to achieve business objectives
  • Take ownership of tasks and work with autonomy, using problem-solving skills to overcome challenges
  • Comply with EHS/GMP/GDP company and corporate policies, as well as external regulatory requirements
  • Provide cover for colleagues and notify Quality assurance, Team Leaders, and Supervisors of any deviations from the process
  • Place orders for raw materials and items required for production, ensuring timely delivery
  • Replenish stock locations as needed, maintaining accurate inventory levels
Requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and task management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work with autonomy
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience in working in a regulated environment/GMP is advantageous
