Job Summary

Oxford Instruments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing teams and logistics providers.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in inventory management systems.
