Job Description

**Warehouse Operative - Logistics Specialist**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team at Swift Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Receive and store goods in a safe and efficient manner
  • Operate a counterbalance forklift or reach truck to move goods around the warehouse
  • Assist with picking, packing, and loading goods for dispatch
  • Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory
  • Participate in warehouse housekeeping and maintenance activities

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably with forklift operation
  • Basic knowledge of English and ability to work in a team
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items, and work at heights
