Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Kinetic PLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repair tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure production efficiency.
  • Perform PAT tests and PPM of electrical installations and machinery to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Assist in the weekly maintenance schedule and support the shop floor and production teams as needed.
  • Support and assist routine maintenance and unplanned plant equipment breakdowns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A time-served Maintenance Engineer qualification with relevant certifications.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £44,000 + overtime, a permanent 06.00 shift, 4 on 4 off, 2 days followed by 2 nights, and the opportunity to work for a dynamic and growing company like Kinetic PLC.
