Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our chemical manufacturing facility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preventative Maintenance: Complete planned preventative maintenance regimes, inspections schedules on site plant, equipment, and buildings.
  • Permit to Work and Risk Assessment: Work with sites Permit to work and risk assessment systems.
  • Job Records and Updates: Accurately complete job records and update as required.
  • Maintenance of Equipment: Maintain liquid transfer systems, relief devices, pumps, tanks, valves, gaskets, and additional site equipment.
  • Electrical Systems: Assist with the design and maintenance of electrical systems to current specifications and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Continuous Improvements: Identify and implement continuous improvements projects.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: HNC or equivalent in an electrical or engineering discipline.
  • Experience: Hands-on experience with a demonstratable track record of success.
  • Manufacturing Background: Experience within a manufacturing setting, ideally from a Chemical background with an awareness of COMAH.
