Position Overview

We are in search of a proactive and seasoned HR Business Partner to enhance our HR division. The successful candidate will possess strategic insight and exceptional interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with business leaders to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals. This role is pivotal in advancing our workforce strategy, boosting employee satisfaction, and ensuring the attraction, retention, and development of exceptional talent.

The HR Business Partner will engage in a full-time capacity, working Monday to Friday from the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic counsel on a variety of issues to support, influence, and challenge the organization in the execution of HR policies and procedures, thereby enhancing business performance.
  • Act as a catalyst for change by actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives within HR, leading or contributing to specific HR or business projects as necessary.
  • Identify HR priorities based on business and workforce plans, translating organizational needs into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions that align with business objectives, focusing on talent enhancement, succession planning, and the cultivation of a diverse workforce.
  • Facilitate essential HR processes by coaching senior managers in developing their people management skills to improve process execution and team guidance.
  • Provide coaching to senior leaders throughout the organization to enhance leadership capabilities and employee engagement, ensuring adherence to best HR practices.
  • Oversee the efficient daily management of the complete employee lifecycle in collaboration with the Lead HRBP and relevant specialists within the HR team, ensuring compliance with ENGIE policies and HR best practices.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues to successful resolution, adhering to best practices and compliance with UK employment legislation.
Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR professional with a proven track record in managing employee relations cases.
  • History of achieving results, including the development and implementation of innovative approaches to policies and processes or addressing organizational challenges.
  • Familiarity with UK and Irish Employment Law.
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent with comprehensive HR experience.
  • CIPD qualified or part-qualified, or possess equivalent experience.
