About the Role

The Head of Delivery and Growth will be responsible for the quality of delivery of the charity's work, its continuous development, the capability of the Delivery Team, and collaboration with strategic Partners. This role will play a critical part in achieving the charity's strategic goal of establishing a global centre of excellence in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership and people management skills to the Delivery Team
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the charity's goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with strategic Partners to drive growth and development
  • Ensure the quality of delivery of the charity's work and its continuous development
  • Manage and develop the capability of the Delivery Team

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a senior management role, a track record of programme design, strengthening, and innovation, and experience of managing people and developing teams. They will also have a strong understanding of youth development and sport for development, as well as excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
