About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to lead our team of technicians in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and motivating a team of technicians to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
- Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Effective communication with the Workshop Controller and CSR's to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring customer expectations are met through effective management of the Genuine Volvo Service process.
- Maximizing shift performance through problem-solving, coaching, and development.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Motor Vehicle Technology.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
